Frequently Asked Questions.
Find the answers to the most commonly asked questions here, but feel free to reach out to us in the taproom at 218-866-0914 or by emailing [email protected] with any other questions.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we allow dogs in the taproom and on the patio. We do ask that they be leashed and under the owner's control the entire visit and that they do not bark. We also ask that you not allow your dogs on benches, chairs or tables. We appreciate pet parents being mindful of others in the taproom and also taking care to clean up any mess attributed to their pet.
Do you fill outside growlers?
Yes, we will fill growlers from other breweries. We ask that you have them as clean as possible when you bring them in and know that we need to place a removable label with our brewery's information on your growler in order to abide by federal law.
Do you have gluten free or non-alcoholic options?Gluten & Non-Alcoholic Options
Many of our beers are gluten reduced, and we also offer a seltzer that is not brewed with grain. We occasionally have cider on tap as well. Some cider variations may include grain-based sugars, but all are treated with the same gluten-reduction process used in our beers.
We choose not to label any products as gluten-free, as that designation requires specific testing and certification. Because we brew with grain in our facility, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Guests with sensitivities should use their own discretion.
Looking for something beyond beer?We offer a variety of options, including:
- A rotating canned NA beer
- Seltzer-based cocktails with fresh, vibrant flavors
- Creative mocktails—most of our cocktails can be made non-alcoholic
- Bottled soda, Arnold Palmer, tap root beer, and kombucha
Can we rent the taproom for an event?
We typically remain open to the public during regular business hours, but we’re happy to accommodate small group gatherings in the taproom with a modest party setup fee. It’s a great option for more casual celebrations while still enjoying the energy of the space.
For a more private and elevated experience, The Vault—our second-floor event space—offers flexible options, including private room rentals for up to 50 guests or a full second-floor buyout for groups of 120+.
We’ve hosted everything from groom’s dinners and wedding receptions to birthdays and celebrations of all kinds, and we’ll help you find the best fit for your event.

What about food?
We have a food partner on site in our building, Burritos California, that offers authentic counter service Mexican food (see food tab for menu). You are always allowed to bring your own food in, order in from Rafferty's Pizza as they deliver to the taproom, or bring carryout from any of our other great restaurants. We do have small, bagged snacks (pretzels, chips, meat sticks) for sale in the taproom as well.
Since you are located on Crosby’s main street, why didn't you call yourself Crosby Brewing Company?
Since the early 1900s folks around the world have known this region as Cuyuna. We went with the name that represents us all to the world at large. Past. Present. Future. Cuyuna. It’s also cool that the “Una” in Cuyuna is named after a Saint Bernard dog. We think Una had beer in the wooden keg attached to her collar.
